A successful career may hide the darkest of stories. Lolo is in her current post after a lot of struggle and perseverance. Jones was the sole member of a family with five children, and grew up in a very poor environment. The mother of Jones moved around constantly and even lived in the basement of her church. Jones' nomadic lifestyle made her change school every year up to the age of high school. Jones needed to be separated from her mother at Theodore Roosevelt School in order to pursue her interest in track. Jones was part of four families throughout her time at high school in order study in one place. Jones received the Gatorade Iowa Track and Field Athlete of the Year award during her time at school. She also was a part of the school orchestra, as a cello player. Jones made it to the top of the college's best hurdlers after entering. In 2002, at the NCAA Track & Field Championship she was the winner of the hurdles 100 meters. Jones was also a member of the team that finished second in the 100-meter Relay event. Jones was a winner of the hurdles in the indoor section at NCAA championships in 2003 as well as 2004. Jones began training in 2005, when she completed her education. In the same year, she won in the Torino Memorial Event, while in 2026, she won the Ostrava Track competition and Heusden.

Brandt moved from Cape Town South Africa to Auckland New Zealand at the end of her teens. Brandt, found by local casting agents and was cast in the role of Naevia in the Starz blockbusters Spartacus Blood and Sand and Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Produced by Steven S. D Knight (Sam Raimi) and Steven S. D Knight (Steven S. D Knight), she became an instant success. Mazikeen was a popular comic character in Vertigo/DC and was a character on the Netflix hit series Lucifer for 6 years. Forbes named Lucifer as the most watched series for 2021. Brandt is set to next be seen alongside Andrew Lincoln, Danai Guarira and other Walking Dead cast members in the six-episode Walking Dead spinoff that airs in 2020. Brandt is also set to star alongside Jason Ritter Anthony Carrigan and Chris Meloni in the adult animated series Captain Fall which airs July 2023 on Netflix. Lesley Ann Brandt, born 2nd December 1981 was born in Cape Town South Africa. She is an New Zealand actress with a lot of talents. Lesley Brandt moved with her entire family of New Zealand to Auckland in the year 1999. In Auckland she started her career as a salesperson, and then was promoted to IT management consultant. Lesley started out modeling and then began to appear in commercials. Her acting degree was completed in 2008 and continued to research Meisner's techniques. Lesley Brandt had her first major acting job with New Zealand in TV Drama Diplomatic Immunity. Lesley Brandt made a guest appearance in New Zealand's TV series Shortland Street acting as supporting actor. She also appeared on a Sci-fi drama called This Is Not My Life which is based upon the anecdotal town of Waimoana. Lesley Brandt appeared as Naevia a young hostage in the Television series Spartacus: Blood and Sand. This character was later depicted in the Spartacus: Gods of the Arena.
